Return and Exchange Policy:
At Rabho, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 48 hours of the delivery date for eligible items. All you have to do is raise a ticket from your Rabho account or drop an email within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
Return
1) Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2) Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at rabhoofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
3) Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4) Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a replacement voucher within 7 working days. This voucher can be used to place a new order of your choice. If the product is found ineligible after inspection, the voucher will not be issued.
Exchanges
1) Eligibility: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, you may request a replacement. To initiate the process, you must share a clear and complete 360-degree unboxing video. The video must be taken from the moment the parcel is opened, clearly showing the outer packaging, product, tags, and any visible issue. The unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests. Incomplete or unclear videos, or videos shared after the 48 hours window, will not be accepted. Once you have the video, please send it along with your order ID to our support team via email at rabhoofficial@gmail.com.
2) Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at rabhoofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and the item you wish to exchange it for.
Please note that all shipping charges for the replacement process, including both reverse and forward delivery, will be borne by the customer
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
– Customized or personalized items
– Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
– Items sold during a sale
– Items under ₹99
